According2Sam #77

Many people were surprised that the United States Supreme Court declined to hear the Texas case challenging the 2020 election in four other states, especially considering it was supported by eighteen other state's Attorney Generals and a large majority of Republicans in the House of Representatives. It was a clear cut case of election laws being changed in the four states by parties other than the state's legislative body, which is clearly unconstitutional. However, the High Court refused to even hear the merits of the case and rejected it on standing, stating that each state’s election is that state’s business, and no outsiders can decide a state's election. This opinion was especially surprising when you consider that three Justices on the bench, two that Trump appointed, worked on the legal team for George W. Bush in Bush v Gore, and two other Justices ruled in Bush’s favor in that case. What the Supreme Court was asked to do, and did, in that case was exactly what they ruled Texas has no right to do now. How did President Trump make a mistake by appointing Bush alumni to the Supreme Court and Attorney General, and why can NO ONE be trusted who has the Bush stank on them? Join the conversation and get answers to these questions and more on According2Sam episode #77.
